Elopement Wedding Planner

We are a growing wedding planning agency looking for a talented Elopement Wedding Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, be highly creative, and possess a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients, vendors, and other team members in English both written and verbally.
• Assist in planning and executing weddings and events.
• Negotiate prices and manage contracts.
• Manage multiple vendors, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop unique and personalized ideas for each wedding.
• Adapt to changing circumstances quickly and without getting flustered.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Manage time effectively, balancing multiple tasks and deadlines while ensuring that everything is completed on time.
• Have a strong understanding of the wedding industry, including current trends, pricing, and vendor options.
• Think on their feet and come up with creative solutions to problems that may arise.
• Maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanour, even during high-stress situations.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other team members, as well as write and edit proposals, contracts, and other wedding planning documents.
• Experience in event planning or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Highly creative and able to develop unique and personalized ideas.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances quickly.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Knowledge of the wedding industry, including current trends, pricing, and vendor options.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and able to maintain a sense of humour and a calm demeanour, even during high-stress situations.
